Acceptance of Orders

We provide competitively priced products and services. Prior to submitting your order, you willhave the opportunity to review product prices and any applicable sales tax, shipping and handling fees. 
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and mustcancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for anyreason. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). 
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. 
For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and the order information is verified for accuracy. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. 
We assume no responsibility for damage or loss incurred by anyone as a result of declines, cancellations, delays in shipping or lack of notice. 
To expedite service, we will begin processing your order immediately.Subsequently, we are not able to cancel an order or refund any funds once an order confirmation is forwarded to the e-mail address you provided. If an order is processed in error, contact us immediately at (800) 601-6458 for instructions.

We will bill your credit card immediately upon acceptance and confirmation of your order. If you return a product or refuse delivery, freight charges will not be reimbursed.

Payment Methods

Please review your invoice or packing slip carefully and notify us of errors and/or omissions within seven (7) days of receipt. 
Our site is equipped with secure server for handling credit card orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This also includes bank "debit cards". Credit card "billing" addresses must match the card holder's shipping address. Orders sent to an address other than the card billing address, must also show the card holder's address. Unfortunately we can only accept U.S. credit cards with U.S. billing and shipping addresses

We also accept pre-payment by PayPal (pay by check online), Money Order, or Cashier's Bank Check.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Most orders ship in 1-2 working days. We stock most of our products, but some larger, or heavier, items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer. These items may also have a 3-7 day lead time, prior to shipping. Back orders, although rare, ship as soon as available.

UNITERS North America, LLC ships to street addresses within the United States. For your protection, a signature may be required for most deliveries. We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted.

Shipping and handling rates

Our standard flat shipping charge is $8.95. Other fees may apply.

Christmas Day.

Despite our best efforts, items on our web site may, on rare occasion, be mispriced. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, eithercontact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

UNITERS North America, LLC does not sell products out of North America, nor do we ship to PO Box addresses. The 60-90 day wait for USPS claims has made that impossible.

Additional Fees

Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii may include additional freight. We will notify you of this charge by e-mail. If you accept, we will proceed with the order the same day.

UNITERS North America, LLC does not have hidden shipping costs. We do not charge "handling" fees for boxes of any size or weight! However, over-weight or over-sized packages may require an additional fee.

Shipping addresses must be correct. If any part is incorrect or missing, UNITERS North America, LLC will charge $10.00 for the address correction, which will be the responsibility of the customer and added to your cost. UNITERS North America, LLC also charges a $10.00 return fee for any refused package, which will be your responsibility and deducted from your return credit. Florida residents must add a 6.5% sales tax. North Carolina residents must add a 7.75% sales tax.

Lost or Damaged Packages

UNITERS North America, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment. Inspect your order when it arrives. DO NOT sign for a damaged parcel without a full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 24 hrs. or call (800) 601-6458 for instructions. Please call (800) 601-6458 if your order is not received within two weeks. It is most likely lost in transit.

15 Day Return Guarantee

We guarantee satisfaction on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with an item and it is in original, resell condition, Contact customer relations at sales@unitersna.com for a return authorization number (RA), we will provide a shipping slip with authorization numbers. You will receive return instructions at that time. 100% Refund less shipping. All items must be returned in good, resale condition within 30 days of receipt. No Refund on open kits or containers or partial use product. Credit on returned items, in resalable condition, will be for the amount of the item only. Shipping is not refundable. Orders returned after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. After 90 days, we will not accept return merchandise. For special, custom mixes or color match orders, returns are not allowed. For exchange of merchandise we will charge shipping on the return order. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer. Special Order merchandise, videos and manuals are not returnable. Some oversize, overweight, or non-stock items may require a 15-20% restocking fee.

Product Material Safety Data information sheets, or MSDS, may be obtained by e-mail at msdsrequest@unitersna.com. Give us the product name as it appears on the bottle.

Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall UNITERS North America, LLC, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits that result from the distribution or use of, or the inability to use, the content or materials on this website, or delays in delivery of any purchased products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall UNITERS North America, LLC total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, for purchased products.
